Isipingo police station’s commander calls community imbizo

Isipingo police station's spokesperson, Constable Donald Naidoo, said Zama will speak about the fight against crime, as well as a partnership between the police and the community.

THE commander of the Isipingo police station, Colonel Hensford Zama, has called a community imbizo where all crime-fighting structures are invited. The meeting will be held at Lotus Park Community Hall on October 26, from 12:00 to 15:00.

The police station’s spokesperson, Constable Donald Naidoo, said Zama will speak about the fight against crime, as well as a partnership between the police and the community. Some of the crimes that plague Isipingo include vandalism and theft from electricity substations, hijackings, drugs, murder, and illegal scrapyards that buy stolen copper cables from thieves.
