Heritage event set for Ilanda Wilds
After the clean-up at llanda Wilds, it will be the venue for Sapphire Coast Tourism's Heritage Day Activation event.
FOLLOWING the large-scale community clean-up of Ilanda Wilds, the scenic venue will set the stage for Sapphire Coast Tourism’s Heritage Activation on September 25.

People are encouraged to visit and celebrate the day in their heritage attire. Activities on the day include showcases of local talent and artists, nature walks and sports trails, as well as photograph opportunities with Gary’s Horses, commencing at 10:00 and concluding at 14:00.
Sapphire Coast Tourism’s Romy Wenzel said the event will honour King Shaka’s influence in the naming of Amanzimtoti, Kanti Amanzi Amtoti, “The place of the sweet waters”.
