Walking the Talk Foundation supports feeding scheme

In a donation facilitated by an NPO, the SA Pork Producers' Organisation helped feed Mason Lincoln Special School children.

TUMMIES at Mason Lincoln Special School are full thanks to a generous donation of 28 boxes of pork russians by the SA Pork Producers’ Organisation (SAPPO), with the recent handover being facilitated by Amanzimtoti NPO Walking the Talk Foundation (WTTF).

Founder of WTTF, Dale van Blerk, said the contribution will go directly towards support of the school’s feeding scheme, which helps provide nutritious meals to the learners who depend on it. The school’s 350 learners are fed, taken care of, housed and taught at the school.

“It is acts of kindness like these that remind us what can be achieved when organisations, schools and communities come together with one purpose to care for our children and build a better future. To everyone at SAPPO, thank you for opening your hearts and supporting Mason Lincoln Special School. Your generosity is sincerely appreciated,” said Van Blerk.
