EDITOR – In response to the Arbour Road traffic lights letter published in last week’s Sun.
The Arbour Road robots are ignored because they are totally out of sync.
Priority is given to the closed gates of Makro, which have a constant green for Makro traffic at 6.45am when the store is closed and then red for Arbour Road.
Then, in most cases there is also usually a group of strange looking characters standing on the roadside, so as long as those robots are not working correctly, I will treat them as a four-way stop sign and go when there is no need to stop or if I feel my safety is at risk.
