Many property owners in this area, including hard-pressed pensioners, will find it difficult to fork out on additional rate levy in these tough economic times, to fund this project.
This is not Umhlanga Rocks and the low membership members of CCPO verify this.
Crime reduction and upgrading aspirations in an area like Toti, will not become a reality until the structural problems such as poor and corrupt government, plaguing this country are adequately addressed, if ever.
The SRA plan can only benefit a few and I, and no doubt many others, will vote no.
