Cardinals aims for junior baseball team
Cardinals Baseball Club will host a T-ball clinic for children between seven and 10-years-old.
CARDINALS Baseball Club’s Major A and promotional sides held a pre-season training session on Saturday, 20 July.
Paul Whitfield explained the importance of training to promo team members. Cardinals is determined to put together a junior side this year and will start practises for juniors shortly, as the season begins in October. BOX – On Saturday, 24 August Cardinals Baseball Club will host a T-ball clinic for children between seven and 10-years-old behind Lords and Legends from 1pm to 2pm. The focus will be to promote the sport while having fun, the spin-off is improve hand eye co-ordination and build self confidence in the children.
