New indoor cricket league underway

THE mixed action and indoor cricket league season at Amanzimtoti High School on Monday nights has come to an end.
Results of the winter league was:
League winners were SC Force, which is comprised of Wayne Olivier, Kalvin Venter, Megan Campbell, Trevor Campbell, Michael Campbell (captain), Tammy Wieland, Nikita Bezuidenhout and Jacqui Slogrove and David Baker.
In second place were Raiders, while Noise placed third and Gunners fourth.
The new season has kicked off and the league is looking for more teams to participate.
A mixed team consists of four men and four women. If you are looking for some light exercise or a social evening, go along or enter a team of your own.
Cost is R30 for the evening per person. The first games normally start at about 6.15pm with the next game afterwards. Cool drinks and snacks are available.
