Two weeks to enter Dick King half marathon
The new 2014 KZN licences will only be available on Wednesday.

TOTI Athletics Club will be hosting the Dick King race on Sunday, 30 March.
This is a 21km run at a cost of R70 and the 15km walk will cost R60.
This is a strictly pre-entry race. Entry forms can be downloaded from www.totiac.co.za
Closing date for the pre-entry is on Friday, 21 March. T-shirts go to the first 700 pre-entries in the 21km run. The first 200 walkers will receive a medal for the 15km walk.
The cross country calendar kicks off with the Parlauf Westville on 7 March. The club encourages all members to participate in this year’s cross country. It’s a great way to work on endurance and speed. There are leagues, with Toti AC hosting the KZN champs on Saturday, 23 August.
With only 89 days to go to the world’s greatest ultra-marathon, this year’s Comrades run from Pietermaritzburg to Durban takes place on 1 June.
The new 2014 KZN licences will only be available on Wednesday. This is the last chance for members to purchase a license. Thereafter there is an extra cost of R20 which will be levied for a new licence number, as it has to be collected from Durban and will only be available once a month.
The juniors has grown from strength to strength, with some great results in the recent track and field leagues. Thanks to George and Riaan for their time and commitment in coaching all juniors. Club members are urged to support the training runs offered by the club.
