Tennis club hosts Tandy Cup on Saturday
A huge thank you to committee members, Alan and Laurence, members Mike Raasch, Mike Roach and Viv Kurten and several assistants who braved the heat to attend to the task of digging trenches and laying new pipes.
AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club's Tandy Cup tournament will be played on Saturday, 31 January.
Start time will be 1pm for 1.30pm. The format will be a mixed round robin with a draw for partners.
Entry fee is R25, which includes a boerie roll.
The mixed doubles league commencement date is Saturday, 14 February, so enter your name on the list provided on the clubhouse noticeboard, if you wish to be considered for selection.

Glenashley Tennis Club host its Valentine tournament on Wednesday, 18 February. Details are on the noticeboard for interested players. Social tennis continues on club days. Get well wishes are extended to resident coach, Neil McDonough.
Due to ongoing water problems at the club, it was decided in committee that new water pipes would be laid. This has been happening over the past several weeks when the clubhouse system was renewed and last Saturday the main water pipes were replaced.
