Some runners competed in the Warrior Race in Ballito at the weekend. The course is tough as athletes have to make it over obstacles, water and plenty of mud, a combination of upper body strength and all-round fitness is required. Congratulations to Raymond Hair and Dave Ozzorio who participated in the event.
