The new license numbers for this year will be available at the club house from 5pm to 7pm at the weekly time trial on Wednesday. There is stock of the new age tags (R20) which are required should you be eligible for a prize. Club vests for men and women are available at R160 each. New stock has just arrived.
From 1 February, athletes will be required to use their 2016 license. The club therefore urges members to renew their licenses. This past weekend saw at least 30 runners disqualified with their 2015 licenses. From the end of February, all licenses that have not been renewed will be returned to KZN Athletics and there is no guarantee that you will get you old number back.
This past weekend race hosted by the Sydenham Sports Club saw a number of Toti AC members participating. She was the 4th woman and 7th overall. Pam Yelseth finished in 2:25 – an excellent time for a grandmaster.
