Reflective belts are mandatory for weekly time trials
IN preparation for Comrades 2017, Amanzimtoti Athletics Club will host a pasta party on Thursday, 1 June at 6.30pm. Dean Wright from Beloved Long Runs will be the guest speaker for the evening.

The Comrades Marathon hosted by the Comrades Marathon Association is scheduled for Sunday, 4 June with a 5.30am start at Durban City Hall.Thirty six club athletes participated in time trials on Wednesday, 10 May:

Reflective belts are mandatory for weekly time trials, which are on Wednesday at 5.30pm for walkers and 6pm for runners (both over 4km and 8km). Visitors are welcome to join and can meet at the Hutchison Park clubhouse. On Saturdays there is an 11km run and walk from the clubhouse at 5.30am for walkers and 6am for runners.
