ATHLONE Park Primary School’s Grade Three learner, Kallen Visser, is beaming with pride after being awarded a trophy at the recently held JKA Karate Championships.

Kallen was part of the Amanzimtoti JKA Karate team that brought home 71 medals from the event held in Hillcrest.

The pint-sized karateka packs a mean punch and is dedicated to his studies.
