People planning big for Madiba Day

Readers share their plans for Madiba Day.

THE COURIER asked our readers what their plans are on Madiba Day.

This is what they had to say:

PRISCILLA CHETTY: “Church is a home for everyone and days like Madiba Day are there for people like us to help more in our communities. I will also be helping out at church in giving the needy something to eat and wear.”
CHARMAINE CHETTY: “Madiba Day is for people to reach out to the community and it will be one of my priorities. I will also be helping out at church with our feeding scheme as that is what we do.”
CHANTELL SAPALO: “I love giving back and that’s what I will be doing on that day. Helping out the needy is what I will be doing on Madiba Day.”
PAMELA GOVENDER: “I will be helping out at the church in giving children vegetables. Helping needy people will be my main focus on the day.”
