Customer service centres open longer
The extending of operating hours will improve efficiency and customer service.
THE City of Johannesburg is introducing new operating hours across all its Customer Service Centres, effective February 1.
Spokesperson Kgamanyane Maphologela says, as part of the City’s 10 point plan to be a responsive government, they will progressively be extending operating hours to improve efficiency and customer service.
“We have listened to our customers and the extension of the operating hours is aligned to the needs of our customers,” said Maphologela.
New operating hours are:
Region F
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays: 07:30 to 18:00.
Wednesdays: 09:00 to 18:00.
Thuso House, Braamfontein, will also be open on Saturdays from 07:30 to 12:30.
