Rickey finally heals from wounds
Liana Marx from JSPCA confirmed Rickey's wound is healing.
“Rickey came in with a horrific wound on the back. It was determined the wounds showed signs of someone trying to skin him alive. After extensive treatment and surgery, the little boy now has a clean bill of health and the wound on his back has almost completely healed,” she said.
Through donations, they were able to cover his whole medical bill.
“Rickey has had people interested in adopting him, but sadly this has fallen through, leaving him homeless at the moment.

“He is such a sweet little boy with so much love to give. Although humans have inflicted so much pain on him, he still has so much love and trusts to give to anyone who is willing to give him a loving home.”
If any person is interested in adopting Rickey, contact the kennels department on 011 681 3600 for more information.
