Bellavista Estate shocking

I was quite shocked when I saw the state of Bellavista Housing Complex.

I contacted Pikitup and met with them, and hopefully they will undertake to clean the skip and surroundings. However, I would like to point out that this is actually a housing issue that needs to be addressed.

And the officials at housing really need to take cognisance of this and actually walk around the complex, not just sit in their offices. Also surely the councillor should be facilitating the issue of service delivery.

In fact, the councillors should be facilitating most of the service delivery issues in their wards.
