Reuven Old Age Home manager and staff do great job

Mr Mackett is a hard worker and with his assistant they are trying their utter best to please everybody.

We as residents of Reuven Old Age Home hereby found no grievances with management at our office.

This refers to the COURIER article (August 20, page 3, Elderly residents fed up with manager).

Heads up, they are doing a superb job and even more. The theft on the premises is not the office’s responsibility.

Owners should report these matters to the police and open cases as advised by Mr Mackett in the meetings.

As far as the matter of sleepovers of family members are a big concern; the same people who report these thefts are friends with these youngsters who sleepover.

Mr Mackett is a hard worker and with his assistant, they are trying their utter best to please everybody.

When he does this he is always overridden by the same people who formed groups and has always being threatened with violence and verbal abuse, and treated with no respect.
