Ramblers hikers head for Stainbank

Meet at the Stainbank Nature Reserve Car Park at 1.45pm.

DURBAN Ramblers Hiking Club hikes to Stainbank Nature Reserve on Saturday, 30 August.

Hikers are to meet at the Stainbank Nature Reserve car park at 1.45pm.

Reserve entrance costs R20. There will be a shorter hike and a braai is to be held afterwards.

This hike is graded two, moderate.

On Sunday, 31 August members take a hike to Nagle Dam/Umgeni Bend.

Meet at Union Main Centre, Old Main Road, Pinetown at 7.30am. Entrance to Nagle Dam costs R25 per person. The group will hike through the tunnel and around the dam. Petrol-sharing costs R35 per person. This hikes takes place over a distance of about 15km and is graded three, strenuous.
