A FAMILY evening takes place in Stainbank Nature Reserve on Friday, 29 August.
This event is a bring and braai with a night walk.
Telescopes will be set up for everyone to see the stars and planets.
Starter packs for the night skies will be available at the braai for R100 per pack for budding star gazers.
This will be a family event and all are welcome. Entry is between 5pm and 6.30pm, however there can be no late entries as the reserve gate closes at 6.30pm sharp.
Cost is R30 per adult, children under 18 free. The walk will start at 6.45pm and finish at 7.30pm.
Braai fires will be lit at 6pm. The event ends at 10pm.
