Ten injured in taxi collision

TEN people sustained various injuries this morning after the taxi they were in collided into the back of a bus on South Coast Road in Mobeni just after 6.15am.
“Rescue Care paramedics found one of the passengers still entrapped in the wreckage.
The jaws of life and other hydraulic equipment had to be used to free the passenger. A further nine people had sustained minor to moderate injuries and were stabilised before being transported to various hospitals,” said operations director, Garrith Jamieson
The cause of the accident is unclear. Police are investigating.
