THE sentencing of the man found guilty of the attempted murder of a man in Montclair was postponed in Durban Regional Court this morning, due to the public prosecutor being unwell.
William Joubert pleaded guilty to an attempted murder charge of Mark Lotter in February. The incident took place at a shop in Montclair, after Lotter decided to visit his ex-girlfriend’s family.
Sentencing has been postponed to Wednesday, 22 April.
