Wanderers club donates cash to CROW

R3,000 from the proceeds went to CROW

THE DURBAN Wanderers Club donated of R3,000 to the Centre for Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW) in Yellowwood Park on Friday, 15 March.

Thanks to an annual charity golf day held on 23 December 2015, at Amanzimtoti Country Club, Wanderers managed to raise R5,380 from a total of 102 players who registered for the charity event.

The gold committee decided to donate R3,000 from the proceeds to CROW for the continuous and excellent work they do for the rehabilitation of animals and wildlife.

Thanks go out to all sponsors for their support and being a part of the successful day and also to Mike Flack for organising the event. Committee members, Brian and Sharon Stephen, Jeff Cronje and Wendy Van Eyk are thanked for organising the golf day. All attending golfers were thanked for their generous donations and participation.
