BIDDING has begun for the most prestigious artwork in the South Durban area.
In an effort to raise funds for the school, learners and staff at Bluff Christian Academy put paint on canvas to create stunning art pieces.
The bidding is done on Facebook with all pieces starting at a mere R100, thereafter, goes up in increments of R10. Bidders then place their offerings in the form of a comment on the photo they like.
“The children have produced some beautiful artwork, please show your support. You will find the artwork under photos in an album called Art Auction,” said the school’s marketer, Michelle Ann Killian.
“The bidding starts at R100 and goes in increments of R10. The highest bidder at 10am on Monday, 30 November will win the piece of art. The winner will have 72 hours to pay for the item. Failure to do so, the item will then go to the next highest bidder,” added Killian.
