Let’s get together and help the families or individuals to try and put the pieces together as we try and move forward with life without our loved ones. It’s very difficult but also important that we allow ourselves to grief. Free counselling and grief share is available,” said the organisation’s founder, Audrey Anderson.
BAFDT is a non-profit organisation which offers free group and one-on-one counselling and support, grief share, trauma de-briefing, domestic violence counselling, psycho social counselling, emotional and psychological support.
