The programme, conducted by centre’s youth director Dyllón Jones, focuses on issues including academic pressures, adjustment to new environments and social problems such as bullying and peer pressure.
“The programme is to get our youth ready for the potential trials of the new academic year. Our goal is to provide them with the tools, strength and support network that will enable them to deal with pressures related to their academics and social issues. Areas to be covered in our sessions will include setting goals, bullying, and peer pressure,” said Jones.
Apart from the interactive and enlightening workshops and discussions, the centre will provide snacks to keep participants energised throughout the programme.
Parents and guardians interested in enrolling their children into the programme can get more information from the Abbaquar San Dream Centre on 074 804 9679.
