Suspected cable thieves caught in Yellowwood Park
The two men were reportedly caught in the act of stripping electrical cables inside the garage following a tip-off from the homeowner.
TWO individuals were apprehended in Yellowwood Park after they broke into a home on Wagtail Walk recently. They were reportedly caught stripping electrical cables inside the garage.
According to a statement from Blue Security, they received a call from a client reporting intruders inside the garage.

“A client reported seeing two intruders on his property through his CCTV cameras. Our teams responded immediately and found the suspects inside the garage, stripping electrical cables. They were also linked to a second property in the area. Quick action by our control centre and armed response officers led to the arrest of suspects.
“The suspects were carrying three bags filled with stolen items, including light fittings, a fishing tackle set, tools, and even a toy firearm,” Blue Security said in a statement.
Both suspects were apprehended on scene, and handed over to the police.
