Next of kin sought for unidentified man on The Bluff

An unidentified man’s body, known to the locals as “Philani”, was found near Highbury grounds on Tara Road.

THE Wentworth police station is appealing to the public to help find the next of kin of an unidentified man who was found near Highbury grounds on April 13.

The man was found around 10:45 and was identified by locals as “Philani” but there was no confirmation on the man’s identification.

A case has been opened at the Wentworth police station, CAS 26/11/25, and the authorities are urging anyone from the community who might have information to come forward.
