NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN IN TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING LEGISLATION:
•Notice is hereby given that Mr Burger van der Merwe (“the Applicant”) has commenced a listed activity without the required environmental authorisation, in contravention of section 24F (1) of NEMA, read with (GNR 983/984/985 of 4 September 2014), and is hereby applying for environmental authorisation in terms of section 24G of NEMA. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTIFICATION:
•Submission of a Section 24G Application to the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (GDARD) to obtain environmental authorisation for the unlawful clearance of vegetation associated with the development of the Property as a residential site containing a single dwelling house with a final footprint of approximately 288 m.
