NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORISATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PROSPECTING RIGHT APPLICATION Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 41(2)(c) of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014 (as amended), promulgated under the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998 (NEMA).
GROENWATER GROUP HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD has submitted an application for Environmental Authorisation and has received acceptance of an application for a Prospecting Right in terms of Section 27 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002 (MPRDA) from the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE).
