NOTICE AMENDMENT OF LAND USE SCHEME OR REZONING IN TERMS OF SECTION 62(1) OF THE FETAKGOMO TUBATSE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW 2018 AMENDMENT SCHEME NUMBER: 51/2021
Notice is hereby given that we, Hlatzes Investment Group, being the authorised agent of the owners of Portion 20 of the Farm Aapiesdorindraai 298 KT Limpopo Province in terms of Section 62(1) of the Fetakgomo Tubatse Municipal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-Law 2018 for the amendment of the Fetakgomo Tubatse Land Use Scheme, 2021 by the rezoning of the property described above, from `Agricultural` to `Industrial 1` for Industry.

Particulars relating to the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Town Planners, Fetakgomo Tubatse Municipal Building, 1 Kastania Street, Burgersfort, Office G15 (Ground Floor), for a period of 28 (twenty-eight) days from
10 April 2026.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the municipal manager, within a period of 28 days from
10 April 2026 the first advertisement will be published in the newspaper.
