We, Leamogetswe Multi Development Services being the authorized agent for the registered owner of Erf 7748, Lydenburg Extension 108 Township, hereby give notice in terms of Section 98(1)(b) of the Thaba Chweu SPLUM By- law 2016, for a Rezoning from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3” with a density of 100 dwelling units per HA in order to legalize the existing
5 dwelling units.
