We, Leamogetswe Multi Development Services being the authorized agent for the registered owner of Portion 2 of Erf 197, Lydenburg Township, hereby give notice in terms of Section 98(1)(b) of the Thaba Chweu SPLUM By-law 2016, for a Rezoning application from “Residential 1” to “Residential 3” with a density of 70 dwelling units per HA in order to
develop 6 dwelling units.
