Botha of H & W Town Planners CC , being the authorised agent of the owner, intends to apply to the JB Marks Local Municipality for the following applications in terms of Sections 67, 62 and 73 of the Tlokwe City Council Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2015, read with the SPLUMA, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013): (i) Subdivision of Portion 3 of Erf 1743, Potchefstroom into two (2) portions, (ii) Amendment the Tlokwe Town Planning Scheme, 2015, by the rezoning of the Remainder of Portion 3 of Erf 78, the Remainder of Erf 1741, and proposed Portion 6 of Erf 1743, Potchefstroom, from `Office` with Annexure 861, `Office` with Annexure 717 and `Residential 1` to `Business 3` with Annexure 1922 to also make provision for a *`Restaurant`, and (iii) the Consolidation of the Remainder of Erf 1741 and the proposed subdivided Portion 6 of Erf 1743, Potchefstroom.
