2. A rule nisi is issued calling on the Respondent and any other interested parties to show cause to this Court on the 14th day of May 2026 at 10h00 why the Respondent should not be placed under a final winding up order.
3. This order is served forthwith on the Respondent at its registered office and published on or before 21 April 2026 once in the Government Gazette and once in a daily newspaper published and circulating in Polokwane.

4. This order is served forthwith on the creditors of the Respondent via registered email where such email is readliy ascertainable.
5. The costs of the application are costs of winding up.
