UTHUKELA WATER (PTY) LTD TENDER NO. FIN2026- BID-013 PREPARATION OF GRAP COMPLIANT ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR THE 2025/2026 FINANCIAL YEAR USING CASEWARE. Bids are hereby invited from professional service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the preparation of GRAP compliant Annual Financial Statements for the 2025/2026 financial year using CaseWare. Service providers must be registered with South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). It is compulsory that service providers download a copy of the bid document that will only be available on uThukela Water website- www.uthukelawater.co.za/currentenders as from the 05 June 2026. Bids will be adjudicated in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 and other applicable legal prescripts, and will be based on 80/20- point system. Preference points will be awarded to service providers using specific goals claimed. The Entity reserves the right to accept all, some, or none of the tenders submitted, either wholly or in part and it is not obliged to accept the lowest tender. Minimum function requirement score: Service providers that score at least the minimum of 70% on functionality will qualify for the next stage of evaluation.
