1.The notice of sale must state that the sale in execution is conducted in accordance to the Consumer Protection Act as amended, in pursuant of an order granted against the Execution Debtors for money owing to the Execution Creditor.

6.All bidders are required to present their identity documents together with their proof of resident for FICA compliance.
7.All bidders are required to pay R1000,00 (refundable) registration fee prior to the commencement of the auction in order to obtain a buyer`s card.
REQUIREMENT FOR REGISTRATION
1.The sale will be strictly for cash or EFT.
2.Original proof of resident, copy of ID + deposit of R1000,00 in cash
