APPLICATION SUBMITTED IN TERMS OF CHAPTER 4 SECTION 46 OF UMLALAZI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW FOR SUBDIVISION OF THE REMAINDER OF ERF 44 GINGINDLOVU INTO PORTION 2 AND THE REMAINDER OF ERF 44 GINGINDLOVU Notice is hereby given in terms of Chapter 4, Section 46 of the uMlalazi Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law of the application submitted by Biyela MM Geomatics (Pty) Ltd on behalf of their client Govindsamy Lutchmee and Govindsamy Manuckum for the Subdivision of the remainder of erf 44 Gingindlovu into portion 2 and the remainder of erf 44 Gingindlovu.
A copy of the application is available for inspection by appointment, at the Planning and Economic Development Department, Town Planning Unit, in the Civic Buildings, Hutchinson Street during normal office hours (from 08:00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday) contact Mr AS Zungu on 035 473 3350 / SipheleleZ@umlalazi.gov.za to make an appointment to view the application.
