NOTICE OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
We, PANDA Fuels, have lodged a land development application in terms of the Nkomazi Municipality`s Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2015, in terms of Sections 77 read with Chapter 6 for a Traditional Use `Rural Settlement` on A Portion of the Remainder of the Farm Vlakbult 450-JU (Stand No.
5/15/152, Kamhlushwa-Phosaville)
The intention of the application is to obtain consent for the development of a “filling station and subservient uses”.
A copy of the application and supporting documentation is available for viewing during normal office hours at the Office of the Senior Manager: City Planning & Development, 9 Park Street, Malelane, 1320, at the following contact number: 013-790-0245.
Written comments or objections together with reasons therefore in respect of the application must be submitted, in the prescribed format, to the Municipal Manager, Private Bag X101, Malelane, 1320; or delivered to the City Planning & Development Offices, Malelane; or emailed to: nokwanda.nkosi@nkomazi.gov.za not later than 14 May 2026.
The format for the comments or objections is available from the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use Management at the above-mentioned address or on the municipality`s website.
Any person who cannot read or write may consult with any staff member of the office of the Senior Manager: City Planning & Development Department during office hours and assistance will be given to transcribe that person`s objections or comments.
