Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T53664/2006 passed by JACOBA ELIZABETH VAN DER SPUY, Identity Number 720103 0072 083 Married out of community of property in favour of DEIRDRE WINIFRED DORNBRACK, Identity Number 441113 0053 080, Unmarried in respect of certain REMAINING EXTENT OF ERF 1173 NELSPRUIT EXTENSION 5 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION JU, PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at MPUMALANGA within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
