Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of Deed of Transfer T1130/2026 passed by ZAMA PETUNIA NGWENYA, Identity Number 930424 0637 089, Unmarried, in favour of NONHLANHLA REBECCA NGWENYA, Identity Number 760107 0457 088, Unmarried, in respect of certain 50% (FIFTY PERCENT) SHARE IN AND TO: PORTION 137 OF ERF 899 WESSELTON TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.T., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Mpumalanga at Mbombela within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
