EDITOR – I read the excellent article by Adele Docherty and was impressed by her letter I read in Southlands Sun on Sunday, 27 September.
She covered a wide range of all the animals on the Bluff that we as animal lovers love so much.
She was of course 100% right. So please people – stop this aggressive behaviour towards the defenceless monkeys and unless you have something constructive to say about them, rather keep quiet.
I for one am sick and tired of reading about your brutal killings of them. They are part of our lives and if they do rob your gardens and trees of whatever, there are many ways to make them go. I simply take my animals inside when they want to visit and wait for them to go.
