EDITOR – I was as surprised to read the article ‘Compare all or nothing’ in the edition 26 December 2014 by Marceline as I was at your having printed such confused, vicious drivel.
She appeared to be venting her spleen on Du Bois for SA’s problems, or rather she finds fault in his not having mentioned them.
As far as I can recollect, Du Bois’s article some two months ago was merely a very interesting recount of his experiences in Australia. All given gratis, with no mention of comparison. Thank you, Duncan, for your informative contribution.
