Join leap frog world record attempt

EWT is trying to break the Guinness World Record for the largest game of leapfrog globally.

LEAP Day for Frogs, an annual event held towards the end of February to raise awareness around the plight of frogs, will see a fun world record attempt take place on Durban beachfront’s promenade (uShaka) at 10am on Friday, 24 February.

This year the organisers, Endangered Wildlife Trust (EWT) invite everyone that cares about frogs to join in.

EWT is trying to break the Guinness World Record for the largest game of leapfrog globally. The current record is 1,348 participants at an event in New Zealand, so the target is 1,500.

The EWT hopes to raise awareness and help protect one of the most threatened group of animals on Earth – frogs. Find more details at www.leapdayforfrogs.org.za
