Three police officers go missing – Hijacking and kidnapping suspected

Their last known location was at the Engen garage near the Grasmere toll plaza on the N1.

The national commissioner of the SAPS, General Fannie Masemola, appeals to members of the public to assist in finding three missing constables (two females, one male) who went missing on April 23.

They were travelling from Bloemfontein to their area of deployment in Limpopo.

It was reported that constables Cebekhulu Linda (24), Keamogetswe Buys (30) and Boipelo Senoge (20) were last tracked to be at Engen garage near Grasmere toll plaza on the N1 and were travelling in a white VW Polo sedan, registration number JCL 401 FS.

A full-scale search is underway, with a high level of detectives and crime intelligence operators from Gauteng and Free State assisting in finding the missing people.

The members were off duty at the time of their deployment, and their vehicle tracking devices and mobile devices have been off since the day of their disappearance.
