Missing Freedom Park woman found safe after community search

A Freedom Park family is relieved after Agnes Dube, who was missing, was found safe in Alexandra after days of searching.

The family of 61-year-old Agnes Dube has confirmed that she was found safe and in good health, bringing relief after days of concern.

Dube, reported missing on December 8 after leaving her Freedom Park home, was found in the Alexandra and Sandringham areas.

Relative Sarah Mokoena said people found her on the Golden Highway and helped ensure she reached the Booysens Police Station. Officers reunited her with her family.

The family thanked the public for their vigilance and support, as well as the SAPS members who handled the case.

They acknowledged the efforts of the police reception team, praising their professionalism and assistance throughout the process.
