Help Orlando West family locate missing man
Setlhololo Motsoaledi disappeared after leaving his home for his usual morning walk.
The family of Setlhololo Motsoaledi (76) is appealing to residents for assistance in locating him after he went missing on May 10.
According to Motsoaledi’s granddaughter, Sibongile Nhlengethwa (26), he left their home in Emzimhlophe, Orlando West, at about 08:00 for his usual morning walk but never returned.
“He left our home around that time, and he hasn’t returned since. This is very alarming because it is not usual for him to just disappear. Sometimes he takes walks three times a day and still returns home,” said Nhlengethwa.

She added that the family reported him missing at the Meadowlands police station on the same day.
“So far, there are no leads as to where he could be. We have distributed missing person posters on social media, and our relatives have checked the male ward at Bara Hospital, but he was not found there.
“My grandmother is also not taking this well and is pleading with residents to help us locate him. I really believe he is missing because this behaviour is strange and unlike him,” she said.
Motsoaledi was last seen wearing black pants, black-and-white All Star sneakers and a light yellow jacket.
