Chippa land Zimbabwean twins

Chippa United are believed to have completed the signing of Zimbabwean twins, Elvis and Kelvin Moyo from FC Platinum.

The pair have been the talk of Zimbabwean football with their amazing performances for Platinum.

Phakaaathi understands that they are close to sealing a move to the Chilli Boys after impressing while on trial at the Port Elizabeth-based side last week.

Kelvin, who is a central defender, was quoted by Zimbabwean website, newsday.co.zw at the weekend saying that they had done fairly well and were hopeful of winning contracts with the Absa Premiership side.

“I am aware that it could be difficult to win a place here, but working hard is the only way to win everything in football,” he said.

“I believe we have impressed so far and the hope is to secure a deal which obviously will give us a better platform to grow. Every player’s target is to grow in the game and this is what we want to achieve here,” said Kelvin. Elvis plays as a left back.

A Phakaaathi source has claimed that the pair have been offered a deal at Chippa.
