Cape Town City have confirmed Robyn Johannes as the new captain following the departure of club skipper Lebogang Manyama.
Manyama joined Konyaspor during the transfer period, and made his debut for the Turkish outfit during the 2-0 home loss to Alanyaspor at the weekend.
Johannes has been the acting captain since his departure, and now City have confirmed his permanent appointment.
City made the announcement on their official Twitter account on Monday.
