Kaizer Chiefs fans give me hope – Ntshangase

Kaizer Chiefs’ sensational midfielder Siphelele Ntshangase has said that the messages from fans who encourage him have kept him motivated as he continues to fight for a place in Steve Komphela’s team.

Ntshangase arrived at Amakhosi amid fanfare and promised that he would deliver the side from their prolonged drought but has since only made cameo appearances.

“The fans keep telling me that I will get my chance. But the fact that I wanted to be here and I am here now or that the fans still believe in me and tell me that I will get my chance should not mean I must relax. I am working hard,” said Ntshangase.

He said Komphela has sat him down and explained my he is not using him that much and he is working on the things that the mentor advised him on.

“The coach has spoken to me about it. He wants me to be a complete player and a complete player can also assist defensively. I am working on that aspect of my game now,” said the 24-year-old former Baroka and Black Leopards player.
